The website is the journal that we keep for crossfit. There is a couple of pictures of me in there with my toungue hangin' out. If you want to see some of the stuff that I have been doing click on comments and mine are under the name Top. Top is an acceptable nickname for Master Sergeants in the Corps. Going to these workouts are the absolute highlight of my day. They are challenging and most importantly they are different. It is the one thing in my day that has variety so I really relish it. I was extremely pleased to find thatthere is crossfit in Cherry Point so I can continue when I get home.
A little bit of bad news. Guy's X-box broke. This is the second one that has broke in three years. It sucks because we have so much money in games that we it would be a waste not to get another one. DAMN YOU BILL GATES!!!!!!
Another bit of bad news....I am ashamed to say that I have become hoplessly addicted to Celebrity Apprentice.......Pity me.

hey tony that looks like an intense program at least you have something to look foward to. i think the corps is much more into fitness than when i was in.we just had to pass the cmc test every year,they did not have any organized fitness program bot then i was in the wing.keep in touch dad

ReplyDeletePhoenix went 2-3 in their first 16 and Under Tournament this weekend (They moved up a league). The really cool part is they could have easily been 4-1 and playing for the championship. Very good showing by the girls!!!
Wow, you should be in great shape when you return. I find the quotes on the website very interesting. I gave Guy a call last night to wish him Happy Birthday. I caught him right as he was going to bed. He had a good day.

ReplyDeleteI'm sure you know by now that Favre has said no to coming back, but I think he is just going to wait till all the summer workouts are over and he will be coming back to play.
He has to come here...this is the QB retirement home. Jim McMahon, Warren Moon, Brad Johnson AGAIN!!!, Gus Ferotte....we need our resideint old guy. It's a matter of principle.
We are far from hearing the end of this.
