Steph took the kids and her Dad out with some friends from church. Ava got to survey more of her kingdom. Guy looks pretty serious about driving the boat. Maybe he will be a sailor.
No pictures of the moustache yet. It is not coming in very well. It looks pretty cheesy....imagine Shawns graduation picture....without the Tina Turner hair cut. One of the Marines said it looked like a Moulestache....I got so angry I had to throw myself into a cold shower. I forgot how much that calms me down...thanks for reminding me Mom!!
There is an enormous share drive here that is full of movies. They call it the Morale drive. There is a fair amount of down time here so I get the chance to watch quite a few movies. I watched a movie called "Hard Candy" yesterday. I highly recommend it. Very creepy with a lot of twists and turns.
I started a new workout program yesterday called Crossfit. I am really sore. A lot more lower body stuff then I usually do. I am hoping that I can stick with it. It would be nice to go to the beach and not have a harpoon thrown at me. We will see how it goes.
Nothing else new. Just counting the days, listening to the rumors, watching the share drive, lifting weights, and waiting for the heat.
Keep the comments coming. I really enjoy them.

I remember that intense look on Guy's face when he was driving our boat. He got so excited that he was up on his tip toes and trembling all over. Then he would ocassionally extend his arms and his hands would do a Joe Cocker type thing. Gary and I laughed so hard.
ReplyDeleteWe have another snow storm headed our way tomorrow. We should only get and inch or two in the Cities but up North they could get over a foot. It's the endless winter. At this rate, we won't get the boat in the water until June.
Take care, Son...
Hi Tony, This is really neat. I've never 'blogged' before. Anyway,we had fun with Stephanie, the kids and Rick (he's a hoot). Guy is really a well behaved boy.I think he enjoyed himself on the boat and driving the golf cart. It was fun for Bruce, too. We miss our grandchildren and it was nice to have kids around. Ava is terrific, too. She's her own little lady and has quite the personality. We think of you often and your name comes up in class. We all miss your burning questions. Bruce just went through his Reconciliation with Fr. Ernest. We're going into the final stretch this week. Have a Happy and Blessed Easter. Fondly, Jackie and Bruce Hice
